What we have been up to outside of the Studio.

2017-2018 Season

We were so honoured to be part of this video.  Justine McNeil wrote this beautiful poem and 3 of our dancers Helana, Kristen and Taya performed while Justine spoke her poem.   As nothing was rehearsed and all improved as Justine spoke this was a definitely a wonderful new experience for our dancers.

Justine is a Motivational  Speaker www. justinemcneil.com

Also, thank you to Reece Fisher of Instillment  Thank you for believing in our dancers.

2016-2017 Season

Jessii V - We were very excited when we were asked to audition for this event.  We were asked to open up for her Niagara Falls  performance at the Queen Street Theatre.  Jessii is a Youtube sensation, and she and her family were wonderful to work with. The students all had a blast and it was an amazing opportunity for them.

Tiny Talent Time -  We all were so excited to be asked to perform on Tiny Talent Time.  As a young girl this was one of my favourite shows and was excited to now see our students perform on this show. The students absolutely loved performing and being part of a taped production.  This was an incredible opportunity for our students.

Harlem Globetrotters at the Performing Arts Centre in St. Catharines -  This was such a fun opportunity for our students.  We actually performed 2 numbers for the Opening Act, a Jazz and a Hip Hop, so many dancers were able to participate in this event.  I believe this was the largest crowd that our dancers performed for at a live show, and they were awesome.  We all stayed and watched the game afterwards, it was a fun evening.

We also perform in our local Santa Clause Parade and Canada Day Parade.

2015-2016 Season

Chinese Cultural Centre - We were so excited to have the opportunity to perform at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Toronto during their "live" "Fairchild Spring Festival Gala 2016" celebrating "The Lunar New Year Celebration". It was a privilege to be part of a multiculturalism event.  As the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and International Trade said, "Diversity is one of Ontario's greatest strengths and is at the heart of who we are.  We are fortunate to live in such a vibrant and welcoming province where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our society."  We were very happy to offer a few of our older students a ballet performance while the 3 Canadian Tenors sang "You Raise Me Up".  It was an exciting day as we had rehearsals in the morning and two live shows for the  afternoon and evening. performance.  It was also an incredible experience for our dancers performing live on stage, and also meeting other dancers and performers in the holding area.  We enjoyed dance offs and just chatting of experiences.
