Elissa has been dancing since she was 3 years old, and danced competitively from age 7-19. She has been teaching for 10 years, both recreationally and competitively, with a focus on hip hop, lyrical, jazz, tap, and ballet. She has worked with kids aged 2 to adults. 
In high school, Elissa was her dance team’s Captain for 2 years, and assisted with choreography. After graduating, she remained a choreographer with the school team.
Within her classroom, she fosters an inclusive environment that keeps dance fun for all ages. She teaches that you can work hard towards a goal while still enjoying the process. She is passionate about teaching kids and strives to make dance class a safe space for everyone.
